Rekommendationer från en (🤮) svensk
Jag vill rekommendera två ting som berör norsk spelkultur, särskilt för SEGA. Boken heter Historien om SEGA som berör historien hur BRIO fick tag i rollen som importör för SEGA i Norden på 90talet. Det är en otroligt engagerande bok om företagshistoria och om hur ett litet gäng i en liten by i Sverige lyckades konkurrera med Nintendo här i Skandinavien med smarta marknadsföringsstrategier. Den andra är en podcast med en av huvudpersonerna som är ansvarig för att Mega Drive kom till Norden. Podcasten heter Kraftspel och har flera bra recensioner av spel och bjuder ibland in TITANER inom svensk spelmedia. Länkar allt nedanför!

I’d like to recommend two things that are relevant to Norwegian gaming culture, particularly when it comes to SEGA.
The first is a book called Historien om SEGA, which covers the story of how BRIO became SEGA’s importer for the Nordic countries in the 1990s. It’s an incredibly engaging book about corporate history and how a small group of people in a small town in Sweden managed to compete with Nintendo across Scandinavia through clever marketing strategies.
The second is a podcast featuring one of the key people responsible for bringing the Mega Drive to the Nordic countries. The podcast is called Kraftspel and features several great game reviews, as well as occasional appearances from TITANS of the Swedish gaming media. Links below!
